How to Fix Blank White Desktop Shortcut Icons Problem in Windows 10
> Fix 1: Run DISM and System File Checker Scans.
> Step 1: Open CMD as Administrator.
> Step 2: Type DISM Command : "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" and then press "Enter" key to start the execution of the command.
> And wait till command execute successfully.
> Step 3: After that type SFC Scan Command : sfc /scannow
and then press "Enter" key to start the execution of the command.
> Wait till sfc scan command execute successfully, Once executed, Restart your windows 10 pc or laptop.
> This sfc scan will repairs all corrupt system files.
> If this fix does not work for you then apply 2nd fix.
> Fix 2: Delete Icon Cache.
> Step 1: Open RUN (Win+R), Type "appdata" & then click on "OK" button.
> Step 2: Goto "Local" Folder.
> Step 3: Here first click on "View" & then check the "Hidden Items", This will show all the hidden files & folders in this folder.
> Step 4: Now just you need to "Delete" the "IconCache" file.
> Step 5: Once deleted, Restart your Windows 10 PC/Laptop.
