Tweak 3 : Disable Window Auto-Tuning.
> Open "Command Prompt" as administrator & then type command: "netsh interface tcp show global" and then press "Enter" key to start the execution of the command.
> Now check for Receive Window Auto-Tuning Level and if it is normal, try to "Disable" it.
> Command to disable it is: "netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled" and then press "Enter" key to start the execution of the command.
> This command will disable windows auto-tuning level.
> If this tweak also does not work's for you then move to 4th one.
Tweak 4 : Disable Peer to Peer Update.
> Go to "Windows Settings" and then click on "Update & Security" settings.
> Click on "Advanced Options".
> Scroll-down till you see "Delivery Optimization" option & then click on it to open.
> "Turn-Off" the "Allow downloads from other PC's" settings.

> Open "Command Prompt" as administrator and then type command: "ipconfig /flushdns" and then press "Enter" key to start the execution of the command.
> This command will delete all dns cache.
> If this tweak also does not work's for you then move to 8th one.
Tweak 8 : Change DNS Server Address.
> Go to "Windows Settings" and then click on "Network & Internet" settings.
> Click on "Change Adapter Options".
> Right-click on your "Active Internet Connection" (In my case I have Wi-Fi as my active internet connection) and then click on "Properties".
> First select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4)" and then click on "Properties" button.
> Check the "Use the following IP Addresses" box and then put below mentions dns server address.
> Use DNS Server's like :
> Preferred DNS Server : 8.8.8.8
> Alternate DNS Server : 8.8.4.4
> Check the "Validate Settings Upon Exit" box and then click on "Apply-Ok" buttons to save the changes.
